Steve Nirk served in Vietnam with C/801st Maint. Bn 101st Airborne Div (Ambl) from January until November of 1970. He originally was based at LZ Sally until April of that year, when his unit was relocated to Phu Bai.

He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with Mary Lou, his wife of 23 years, and two sons, Justin age 20 and Bradley age 10.

Steve is now working as an electronic technician for a microchip manufacturer.
