Message is: My late husband, Rickie Wayne Ramsey, died on August 21, 1999, of war related injuries from his injuries he recieved when he was blown up by a land mine in Viet Nam in 1968. Rick was the point man many times for his Marine Corp unit and was exposed for many months to Agent Orange. After his medical discharge, we began our family and our first son, Eric was born. Atage 18 months, it was discovered that he was born hydrochephelas(pressure on the brain), all the motor nerves on the right side of his body had been damaged, his head was enlarged, and many other defects but not spina bifita . Now at age 35, he is having massive difficulties, neurological disoders,tremors, balance problems, memory loss, etc.. I found out recently that 1/3 of his right brain has been missing from birth. All this is leading up to asking you if you could help me with information about contacting the right organization to seek help in filing a claim for Agent Orange Injury, where there! is still monies available to help care for my son , and all the trauma his life has been through due to this chemical that has disabled his life.
