Message is: Gary Wayne Lynch is my brother and I lost track of him in the '70's. I've been looking for him for 20 years, but I don't know his Social Security Number or his Military Number. He was in and out of the Veterans' Hospital in Los Angeles during the early '70's because he was diagnosed with paranoic schizophrenia. The last time I saw him he was in a Board & Care Facility in Compton, California. He was trained in computers at Wright-Patterson, and worked with computers in Thailand. He had a top-secret kind of security thing. He eventually became a sargent. The State of California held a conservatorship hearing in the early '70's and I tried to become his conservator, but was denied and the State became responsible for him. I think I was denied because of my young age and lack of medical training. Anyone with any information, please send it to me. Our parents have both passed away and there is just the two of us left.
