Sample Email

Here is a sample email sent to both the Vietnamese Embassy and the Vietnamese Consulate. I encourage you to follow suit, and let the chips fall where they may.

The more attention we can get to this, and the more contacts that are made, will strengthen the diplomatic case for demanding the return of the plaque to the American Embassy.

Have you still got what it takes?

Mr. Ambassador,
This is the SECOND TIME I am writing you regarding the memorial plaque that was taken from
the US Embassy Saigon by the Vietnamese in 1975 and which has been recently located in a Vietnamese museum.
The full details of this situation can be found on the web site
 http://www.vietvet.org/plaquepage.htm
As a veteran of the Vietnam War and as an American citizen, I demand the IMMEDIATE return of this
American property. I also demand a written response from you regarding this matter. You may respond to this
email address with your much awaited reply.
I strongly advise you to "get your act together" and comply with this demand to avoid any future
negative consequences.

	John Paul Rossie
