Message is: We were and 5 or 6 man crew attached to the 5th commbtn for a time, I can't remember what the co's first name was, or where he was from. We came from Cubi Pt PI. We had firve vans with us that were a full communications station in itself. I have only spoken to a few marines that remember the 5thcommbtn. but believe me we were there. Any help locating the Lt , greatly appreciated. Trying to prove to the VA that I was where I say I was during this time. Lung Cancer and Surgery last year has kind of put me almost out of commission. Kind of funny TAD assignments just don't show up on records sometimes. I know that the gaggle of shots that you corpsmen gave me before I left contry should show up somewhere.
