NAMVETS-L is a list for Vietnam Vets, their families and friends. It is designed to be a safe and comfortable place to land when folks first start their foray into cyberspace to find answers, buddies, validation, whatever. It's a role that VWAR-L played for me years ago, and which Incountry Women is playing mostly for the ladies.
