Notice--Annual Fundraiser Golf Tournament
The Vietnam Veterans of Diablo Valley prouldly host their annual
fundraiser golf tournament for the construction of the All Wars Memorial
October 28. It will be held at the Sunol Valley Golf Club with a
shotgun start at noon. No host reception, dinner and wards begin at
6:30. Entry is $100 per player and includes golf, cart, box lunch,
refreshments on the course and dinner. Tournament sponsorships and tee
sponsorships are available. The All Wars Memorial is being built in
Danville, CA to honor all men and women who have given their last full
measure defending our freedoms. For an entry form or to make a

This organization is located in Northern California.
We have about 100 members from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and
a couple from the former South Vietnamese Air Force. Our membership
includes at least 4 former POW's from the Hanoi Hilton.
We are organized as a 501 c (19) corporation with a mission of improving
the image of the Viet Nam veteran through public service. In that vein,
we support a variety of worthwhile causes from youth sports teams to
needy veteran families.
We are also well along toward a major goal of
building an All Wars Memorial on a beautiful piece of high ground in
Danville, CA. This memorial will honor those who served in all wars from
the Revolution forward along with their families and friends each of whom
also made a contribution by supporting their respective service member.
We are working with an accomplished landscape architect and a well known
sculptor.
