I haven't heard from him in a few years, and don't know the specifics of his military service, but he told me he was an Army Ranger, and served multiple tours in Vietnam. He's been hospitalized often in the last 5-6 years as a result of a bad car accident (he was a pedestrian). He was treated in Los Angeles for a severely broken leg that needed lots of reconstruction.

Message is: I am looking for anyone who might remember serving with my father, David Will. From Dec. 68 to March 69 he was in Lai Khe, then was sent somewhere just north of Saigon for a few months. From there he went to the Mekong Delta until September, then finished his service in Pleiku. He remembers some names/nicknames: Potter, Ranger, and Scruggs. (Potter was with him in Pleiku when a petroeum plant was hit.) He has just started talking about his time spent over there, and I know that it would mean a lot to him if someone out there remembered him.
