Message is: Looking for anyone who served with me or in the areas I served. I was a squad leader for the first 8 months and then became platoon sargent. Did a lot of eagle flights, bomb damage assesments, ambushes, etc. Anyone remember French fort getting the ground attack, Charlie coming through the wire and over the bunker line, and our people getting shot by friendly? Anyone remember getting the battalion sized ground attack we took at the fire suppport base in the Angle's Wing and our CO standing on top of the radar tower? How about the ground attach lead by our barber? Anyone remember the ambush I took out about 2 klicks outside the wire of Mole City? Someone on watch had gone out to check their claymore and got shot in the leg trying to come back in. I called for a dust-off but was deined and we humped him back in. Let me hear from you. Anyone remember a Lt. we called "zero"? How about guys named Greek, Crommedy, Krut, Whisky? How about the Holiday Inn?
