Message is: I am looking for a William Francis Federer ("Bill") who served in Vietnam some time after 1965..probably 1966-67. He was also in Saigon, Vietnam as the dependent of Raymond Federer who served in the Seabees. We were in high school together at the American Community High School, and Bill was evacuated in February of 1965 when all the American dependents had to leave Saigon. He and his mother went back to San Diego where he finished high school. He joined the Army in late 1965 or 1966(?) and was sent to Vietnam...I think he got a medical discharge in 1967 or 1968 because he caught Hepatitis. Was possibly a Military Police (i have one picture that indicates this) I am the half sister of his daughter Lisa whom he has never met. When he was stationed in georgia he dated a woman also in the army by the name of lana brumback (my mother).she had to leave the army due to her pregnancy. unfortunately my grandparents threw out Mr.Lynn's phone numbers and all other means of contact she had. to include throwing away his letters he wrote to her. to this day she still cant talk about what all her parents did to her. from what i can gather it is possible my grandmother told Mr.Lynn that Lisa died (she did not) Lisa is now 35 and wants very much to at least tell her father that she loves him. She also knows that he did try to contact her possibly untill around her 4th birthday. Lisa now has 4 children of her own she would like Mr.Lynn to know about. i want my sister to have what i did... a father. please help!!!
